About the Index:

On a quarterly basis, eBillme fields a research study which produces a detailed analysis of consumer sentiment and expected consumer behavior. The studies, which are conducted by Javelin Strategy and Research, survey over 1500 respondents about their intent to make purchases over the coming quarter. Merchants use the data that the eBillme Index provides in planning, in recognizing opportunities for growth, as well as in benchmarking results post-quarter.
