How it works:

The Shipping Protection program protects your customers’ eligible purchases from loss, theft and damage in shipping of products purchased with eBillme and delivered with a shipper who has an automated package tracking system (e.g. Federal Express, UPS, Airborne Express). eBillme protects every qualifying item not delivered within 30 days of the ship date. This coverage is in excess of any other applicable insurance or indemnity programs the consumer or the retailer may already have.
